Messages and instructions for JOE 2023 Team:

Term 4 Week 8: Counting down. 8 Sleeps

Hi Team, just two meetings before we depart. By now you would’ve started to prepare your luggage, follow the packing checklist to help.

A few extras have been added to our itinerary; new places in Nagoya and a slight change of the day’s activities in Hiroshima. Checkout the Itinerary page. Check your emails on Friday as some final information will be sent out. Blessings – Mrs S.

Term 4: Departure time is approaching quickly:

Hi Team, thank you for your attendance to the JOE Club meetings. All the leaders appreciate the effort you are putting into your cultural item for the sister school. With 35 days from today left to prepare remember to use the language tips you’ve been given with those around you. Practice makes perfect right?

Our sister school is also preparing for our visit, so make sure you write to your host families and build a connection. We will have a JOE Club meeting every week until departure, check your emails to stay in the loop.

Term 3 Meetings:

Hi team, holidays are almost over and there are 64 days to departure; the busyness and list of tasks will be increasing. To make sure we are all fully prepared and up to speed on various tasks like our cultural item, extension language skills and general understanding of our itinerary we will be having a JOE Club meeting each week./ Shortly a message will be sent to all team members with the details of these meetings.

JOE Team – Host Family Details:
