Preparing in Earnest for our Trip:

Thank you team for attending Wednesday’s meeting. Only a few meetings left before we go. I encourage you to attend all meetings, to practice the song and to use your Japanese language. Keep checking your emails as we may call for some extra lunch time meetings.
I have been informed by our sister school they have organised all home stays and will have a final meeting with the families on 28 August. After which we will receive the home stay list. Getting excited yet! I hope so.
